This royal icing by Dawn Parrott is of the highest quality, it is ultra fine and does not require sieving before mixing. The royal icing mix is suitable for all uses including, piping, stencilling, run-offs and covering cakes. It comes in a resealable tub which is great for storing and keeping your icing mix fresh.
How to use:
In a grease free bowl mix 100g of powdered mix with 13ml of water or add as needed to get the consistency you require. First mix by hand to combine. Once combined, use your whisk attachement on your mixer and mix on low-medium speed for 2 minutes. Before piping, paddle the mix to remove any air bubbles. Cover any left over icing to avoid drying.
