Colour Splash Gel - LIGHT BLUE

To use, simply add a small drop at a time to sugarpaste, icing, buttercream, cake mix, modelling paste, royal icing or marzipan and mix until you achieve the desired shade. Just a small amount of these highly concentrated gels produces instant colour, making them a great long-lasting addition to kitchen cupboards!

At the Vanilla Valley we dispatch Monday to Friday and aim to dispatch within 1 - 2 days of receiving payment. Dispatch and delivery will not be made on a Bank Holiday.

Delivery estimates are based on postal and courier transit times i.e the time that the package is likely to be processed and out for delivery, this does not include the day that the order is processed by ourselves. 

Free Shipping over £35

Free Shipping on orders over £35 only applies to UK Mainland addresses only. Offshore islands and International shipping charges will apply at check-out, please see our delivery information page for a full breakdown of these postcode areas. To receive free shipping, the total order must be over the £35.00 threshold after any discounts have been applied. For orders under £35 a shipping charge of £2.99 will be applicable.

Express (2 Working Days) - From £3.99

This option will be dispatched via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, unless the size, weight or value exceeds Royal Mail's limits, in these cases DPD will be used instead. Orders for this service must be placed before 12pm for same day dispatch (Monday to Friday), it will otherwise be sent the next working day. Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, delivery is not guaranteed on Saturday. Royal Mail's delivery aim for this service is two working days (Monday to Friday). This is not a guaranteed service.

Next Working Day - From £6.99

Next Working Day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm for same day dispatch. This is a next working day service, as such deliveries on this service are made Monday to Friday only. Someone will need to be present to accept the delivery as the delivery requires a signature, deliveries will not be left in a safe place if this information is not provided; you can tell us this at checkout on the address page. Please provide a valid mobile number for the courier to contact you on when selecting this service; you will receive a text to notify you of your delivery slot. This is not a guaranteed service.

Damages, discrepancies and non-receipt

Please inform us of non-delivery of your order within 7 days from the expected date of delivery, this allows ample, reasonable time to check with couriers whether your parcel is being held, tracking information can be provided and re-delivery or collection can be arranged.

Although best efforts are made to avoid breakages when the orders are packed these do sometimes occur; Please thoroughly check your package on arrival for any damages or missing items and report them within 48 hours or receiving your parcel. We will ask for photographs of damages where required

We do not accept returns on perishable and consumable goods (I.E. food items), tailor made or personalised goods.

In cases where items incur damage through transit we will replace the goods free of charge once a detailed explanation or photographic evidence has been provided, as this will greatly aid the claims process filed with the carrier responsible for the delivery.  Please send photo evidence to sales@thevanillavalley.co.uk.

The return procedure must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the item (carried out via email or letter).  All items must be returned with reasonable care in their original packaging, in an 'as new condition' to the address below.  Please include a copy of your invoice or a document stating your name, full address and post code, order number and reason for return.

With regards to items manufactured by us (I.E. our cupcake stands, cake pop stands, cake plates and ice cream holders) the manufacturer's protective covering must still be intact, attached on both sides of every component pertaining to the product.

On receipt and inspection of the item/s we will then issue a refund where applicable. You, the buyer, are responsible for covering all return postage costs and we, the seller, do not refund original postage costs for unwanted / incorrectly ordered items.
