The new Renshaw Premium Cover Paste in white is perfect for covering cakes quickly and easily, leaving a professional finish every time. This new recipe has been developed to enable ease of covering larger and deeper cakes, while the soft set and sweet vanilla flavour perfectly complements both fruit and sponge cakes. Can be coloured with a food colouring gel or paste colour.
How to use guide: knead the Premium Cover Paste until pliable, and mould or roll out on a surface very lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness and use product at room temperature.
Storage guidelines: store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap in cling film or reseal in new packaging, and place inside an air tight container to prevent drying out.
This product does not contain nuts but is manufactured in a factory which produces marzipan and other nut products. Suitable for vegans & vegetarians.
